WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
This two (2) days course has been developed to provide participants with the knowledge to begin performing internal quality audits in their respective organisation.
Quality Managers, Quality Engineers, Departmental Managers, and any other professional, technical or administrative personnel who have responsibility for managing an internal audit system or who are required to carry out internal quality audits in accordance with ISO 9000 quality management system requirements.
COURSE CONTENT AND STRUCTURE
The course includes a series of presentations, Examples, Exercises involving group activities, Case Studies, Brain Storming, Readings and Sharing of Practical Experiences.
